COVID-19

We are in unprecedented times. With the ongoing spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the incredible speed at which things are changing around us, we are adapting how we serve our clients to meet their needs as well as instructions from the city, state, and federal governments. 

Here’s what we know:

  • We do not need to meet face to face in order to provide legal services, whether for new clients or current clients. We will communicate with you by phone or electronically, whether email, video chat, voicemail or other messaging apps, depending on what works for you. 
  • For new and current clients, we will continue to provide answers to your bankruptcy questions by calling us at 877-385-4857.
  • Nearly all paperwork can be handled electronically and if not, special arrangements will be made on an individual basis.
  • Be assured that any and all deadlines are being observed and our case files are maintained daily. We are aiming for minimal disruption – if you have questions, do not hesitate to contact your attorney or legal assistant!
